- 600 g of pulp of pork; - 3 boiled potatoes;

- 2-3 pickles; - 3 heads of onions; - 5 hard-boiled eggs; - 250 g of a hard cheese;

- 250-300 g of mayonnaise. Wash out meat and boil in the added some salt water until ready. Then cut in small cubes. Peel onions from a peel and small chop. Then wet in cold water for 10 minutes. After this time drain water, and connect onions to meat.

Grate boiled potatoes. Salty or a cucumber pickles cut into cubes. Grate egg whites and cheese on an average grater. Mix all components of salad and dress with mayonnaise. Cover a pan and put in the fridge for 10-12 hours. Before giving to a table spread out a meat salad in ready tartlets and decorate with the crushed fennel greens.

Recipe of Inspiration salad

To make juicy Inspiration salad, it is required: - 300 g of crabsticks; - 1 bank of tinned corn; - 6 hard-boiled eggs; - 3 kiwis; - 150-200 g of mayonnaise; - 1 tsps of mustard; - 1 bunch of green onions; - ground black pepper; - salt. First of all, clean a kiwi and cut straws. Also cut crabsticks with straws and mix with a kiwi. Wash up onions, dry on a paper towel and small chop together with boiled eggs. Mix all components, add tinned corn, salt and pepper to taste. Then well mix and spread out in tartlets. Mix mayonnaise with mustard and lay out over salad. Decorate a ready-to-eat meal with greens and pieces of a kiwi.
