- 1 head of cabbage of a cauliflower
- 250 ml of heavy cream
- 500 g of a Parmesan cheese
- 300 g of any semihard cheese
- 200 g of goat cheese
- Salt
- Fresh ground pepper
Instruction
1. Divide a cauliflower into inflorescences.
2. Warm an oven to 200 degrees.
3. To grate a semihard cheese and a Parmesan cheese, to cut goat cheese in cubes.
4. Fill in a cauliflower with cream and from above to lay cheeses. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Bake within 15-20 minutes until cabbage becomes soft, and sauce won't thicken.
6. Allow to infuse 10 more minutes and give on a table.
