  • - food wrap;
  • - fillet of a turkey of 0.5 kg;
  • - onion of 1 piece;
  • - cream of 100 ml;
  • - egg of 1 piece;
  • - desi of 50 g;
  • - black sprinkling pepper;
  • - vegetable oil for frying;
  • - salt.

Instruction

1. Carefully wash up fillet of a turkey, remove streaks and a film and dry a paper towel. Then cut small pieces. Also clean onions and cut small pieces.

2. In a big thicket crush onions and a turkey to gentle consistence. Then add egg, salt, pepper and cream and mix weight hands.

3. We form sausages. For this purpose we cover a cutting board with food wrap and we spread 1.5 tablespoons of the made forcemeat. By means of a film twist and condense forcemeat, forming long and narrow sausage. Wrap up forcemeat in several layers of a film, and tie edges a thread or just in a small knot.

4. In the boiling pan with the added some salt water lower the created sausages and you cook 15 minutes on strong fire. Then get the cooked sausages. Separate them from a film and you can give on a table to children. For adults roast each sausage in a frying pan with vegetable oil from all directions, before formation of a golden crust.
