Home-made useful kvass

There is no best drink in summertime, than kvass. Tasty moreover both useful, and prepared in house conditions!

It is required to you

  • For ginger and currant
  • - mint 1 bunch;
  • - lemon of 2 pieces;
  • - currant of 1 St;
  • - ginger of 80 g;
  • - quick-rise yeast 1 of Part l;
  • - water of warm 3 l.
  • For cranberry crimson
  • - cranberry of 300 g;
  • - raspberry of 200 g;
  • - mint 1 bunch
  • - yeast live 1 tablespoons
  • - water of 3 l.

Instruction

1. We prepare ginger and currant. Fill in yeast with 1 glass of warm water and leave for 40 minutes, it is better in the sun. Peel ginger and grate. Squeeze out juice of lemons and largely cut a crust. Pound berries and crush mint. Add everything to a pan, there put the yeast diluted in water and fill in with the remained water. Mix, pour on glass bottles. Put a glove on everyone. Put to the warm, solar place for 2-3 days. Then filter drink through a gauze, pour on plastic bottles and you store in the fridge.

2. For cranberry and crimson boil water add the cut mint, remove fire, cover and leave for 1 hour - before cooling. Wash out berries, knead in puree, mix and leave for 5-6 hours. Then boil and filter through a sieve. Fill in yeast with 1 glass of warm water and mix before full dissolution.

3. Add sugar and yeast to warm berry mix, mix and leave in the warm place for day. Instead of a cover cover with a gauze. Filter kvass through a gauze, then pour on bottles and you store in the fridge.
