Also green vegetables and fruit contain pigmentary substances - a chlorophyll which allows plants to be green, and to the person strengthen immunity and improve a metabolism.

To all other, "green" products are rich with such substances as carotinoids, lutein, beta carotene, iron, calcium and salts of folic acid.

Some vegetables and fruit contain even tartronovy acid which slows down process of transformation of carbohydrates to fats and doesn't give to an organism the chance to stock.
