Oyster mushrooms - very tasty and simple mushrooms in preparation. And in combination with chicken fillet the dish turns out very gentle and juicy.

It is required to us:

  • Chicken fillet (it is possible to buy ready, or to separate from the whole carcass) - 300-350 гр
  • Oyster mushrooms - 400-500 гр
  • 1 big ripe and juicy tomato
  • 50-60 гр any cream
  • Any fragrant greens (cilantro, parsley, fennel, basil and so forth)
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 1-2 bay leaves
  • Slightly vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

1. At first it is necessary to prepare all products: cut with chicken fillet on pieces of average size (about 2х2 cm), mushrooms, tomato and greens to wash cool water.

2. Oil a deep frying pan vegetable and put on a plate.

3. After the frying pan heats up, we spread on it chicken fillet and it is evenly fried till golden color on moderate fire.

4. While meat is fried, it is necessary to cut oyster mushrooms and tomato. We cut mushrooms more largely (about 3х3 cm), tomato more small (1х1 cm).

5. To almost ready fillet we pour out oyster mushrooms and tomato. We mix, then at once we add bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste. If tomato insufficiently juicy, then it is possible to add a little water. Everything to mix, cover and extinguish on moderate fire again.

6. While the dish is extinguished, it is necessary to crush the washed-up and dried up greens. Mix cream with greens in any convenient capacity.

7. After mushrooms are almost ready, the dish needs to be filled in with mix of cream and greens and to extinguish a baking plate a cover of 10-12 more minutes.

This dish can be served both separately, and garnished from rice or potatoes. The light creamy taste will leave nobody indifferent and will please all family!
