4. During the winter period it is important to drink more water. Often the organism confuses feeling of thirst with hunger, as a result we follow portion of food or over a cup of tea with sweeties. Before densely eating, try to drink a mug of usual water. It is also useful to eat some fruit.

5. Aromas of chocolate, cinnamon and many similar perfectly cope with a winter depression and reduce the increased appetite.
