Squids are sea inhabitants from whom it is possible to prepare various dishes. Except a delicate flavor, the squid has useful properties because of the high content of protein, iodine and zinc. - - carcasses of squids – 1 kg;
- - carrots – 1-2 pieces;
- - onions – 2 pieces;
- - salt;
- - parsley;
- - purified vegetable oil;
- - black sprinkling pepper.
Instruction
1. Defreeze carcasses of squids. Scald them boiled water and clean from a film and an entrails. Pull out rigid plastinochka from carcasses.
2. Boil liter - one and a half waters, add salt and lower in a pan of a carcass of squids. As soon as water begins to boil again, lower fire and you cook carcasses 3 minutes. Then a fork pull out squids from a pan, having allowed to flow down water from carcasses.
3. Wash out carrots, clean, cut with straws. It is possible to use a large grater. Cut the cleaned bulbs thin half rings. Warm oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the cut onions and carrot, having reduced fire, to softness.
4. Cut the cooled-down carcasses of squids with rings, it is possible half rings, it is important – to cut thinly. Add squids to the general frying pan, add some salt, pepper to taste, mix. You extinguish all ingredients a couple of minutes. Strew a ready-to-eat meal with the crushed fresh greens or beautifully lay out parsley branches.
