  • For eclairs with cod liver:
    • 1-2 banks of tinned cod liver;
    • 5 eggs;
    • 200 g of flour;

    • 4 schnitzels from a turkey on 60 g;
    • 150 g of champignons;
    • ham piece (30 g);
    • onions head;
    • bunch of green onions;
    • garlic glove;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 30 g of cheese;
    • 3 tablespoons of flour;
    • 25 ml of white wine;
    • 150 ml of heavy cream;
    • 2 tablespoons of a desi;
    • vegetable oil;
    • black sprinkling pepper;
    • For a banana pudding with caramel sauce:
    • 110 g of pitted dates;
    • 5 teaspoons of soda;
    • 100 g of a desi;
    • 1 egg;
    • 90 g of flour;
    • 100 g of granulated sugar;
    • 1\4 bags of baking powder;
    • cinnamon pinch;
    • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder;
    • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened yogurt;
    • 1 banana;
    • 60 g of a refiner syrup;
    • 70 g of cream of 33% of fat content.

Instruction

1. Eclairs with a liver to a treskiprigotovta for eclairs dough. For this purpose pour in 200 ml of water in a pan, add 100 g of a desi, a pinch of salt and bring everything to the boil. Reduce fire to a minimum and, stirring slowly, pour flour. Boil thoroughly 2 minutes and remove from fire. Cool weight a little and, carefully mixing, hammer one egg. Dough has to turn out elastic and lasting. Lay a baking tray paper for pastries and oil it vegetable. By means of a teaspoon or the confectionery syringe place small balls of the test on a leaf. Bake eclairs in an oven at a temperature of 200 degrees till golden color (8-10 minutes). Mash tinned cod liver a fork and add the remained 50 g of a desi, previously soften it. Well mix everything – the stuffing for eclairs is ready. Enter it into the cooled-down eclairs by means of the confectionery syringe. Wash greens, dry and small chop. Give eclairs cooled, having decorated with greens.

2. Turkey in batter with a shampinyonamiprigotovta batter: well shake up eggs and mix from 50 ml of cream. Add 2 tablespoons of flour, a grated cheese, it is a little salt and pepper. Grate schnitzel from a turkey with salt mix with pepper, bread in the remained flour, dip in batter and fry in a desi 2-3 minutes from each party before formation of a golden crust. Cut champignons on four parts and fry in vegetable oil. Put the onions cleaned and cut by half rings and fry it together with mushrooms within 5 minutes. Pour in wine and the remained cream, bring to the boil and the potomita is 2-3 minutes old. Put in the turned-out sauce the garlic which is passed through a press, the ham cut by straws and chopped green onions. Salt, pepper to taste and mix. Serve schnitzel to a table, having sauced with champignons.

3. Banana pudding with caramel to a sousomrazogreyta an oven up to 180 degrees. Put dates in a pan, add soda and 100 ml of boiled water. In two minutes drain water. Crush dates in the blender to consistence of dense paste. Shake up a wooden scapula 40 g of the softened desi with granulated sugar to magnificent foam. Then add egg, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and cocoa powder. Put yogurt and the crushed dates in weight. Carefully mix everything. Oil a form with high sides and lay out in it the received dough. Clean banana and cut it on thin slices. Lay out them over the test and slightly press. Put a pudding in an oven for 25 minutes. During this time make caramel sauce. For this purpose: put in a pan or a stewpan the remained desi (60 g), a refiner syrup and pour in cream. Put on silent fire and, continuously stirring slowly, heat. Sugar has to be dissolved completely, and sauce to become dense and brown. Lay out a ready pudding in a plate and water with caramel sauce.
