  • 5 leaves of currant;
  • 5 leaves of cherry;
  • 5 umbrellas of fennel;
  • 4 leaves of horse-radish;
  • 2 bay leaves;
  • 5 peas of a black pepper;
  • 3 tablespoons of salt.

Instruction of preparation

  • Soak cucumbers in water.
  • To carefully sterilize a 3-liter jar.
  • Layers to lay out on a bottom banks currant, cherry leaves, a lavrushka and umbrellas of fennel.
  • Clean garlic, cut cloves on equal halves, put in bank.
  • There to send peppercorn and 2 leaves of horse-radish.

Ingredients on 3 one-liter jars:

  • 5 kg of cucumbers;
  • 3 umbrellas of fennel;
  • 3 leaves of horse-radish;
  • 6 leaves of currant;
  • 6 leaves of cherry;
  • 3 garlic gloves;
  • 15 goroshk of a black pepper;
  • 3 peas of allspice;
  • 6 pieces of a carnation;
  • 3 tsps of salt;
  • 6 tsps of granulated sugar;
  • 2 tsps of table 9% of vinegar (on one bank).

Instruction of preparation

  • Wash cucumbers. Fill in with water and leave them for 2 hours.
  • Fill in fennel umbrellas, leaves of currant and cherry with boiled water. Well to be sterilized greens have to lie down in water not less than 2 minutes.
  • Lower horse-radish leaves in boiled water for 30 seconds.
  • Sterilize banks. Lay on their bottom garlic, pepper, a carnation, cherry, currant leaves, fennel, a leaf of horse-radish.

  • 2 leaves of cherry;
  • pepper - to taste;
  • 3 tablespoons of salt.

Instruction of preparation

  • Wash out cucumbers, wet in water for 3 hours. 
  • Wash out greens, clean garlic.
  • Put 3 tablespoons of salt in a mug, fill in with hot water, stir slowly before full dissolution.
  • Sterilize to bank. To lay leaves of cherry, currant, horse-radish, fennel on its bottom.
  • Cut off the ends at cucumbers, lay one layer of vegetables in bank.
  • Put garlic and a ringlet of hot pepper on a layer of cucumbers.
  • Place the remained cucumbers in bank, cover with a fennel umbrella.
  • Fill in to bank with cold water on 2/3. Add to it the brine prepared in a circle. Add water completely to fill capacity.
  • Cover to bank, put on a plate. Leave so future snack for 3 days. During this time the brine will a little dim.
