It is required to you

  • - 225 g of a desi;
  • - 175 g of sugar;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 1/8 cups of orange juice;
  • - 2 tsps of seeds of an anise;
  • - 480 g of white flour;
  • - 1.5 tsps of baking powder;
  • - 0.25 tsps of salt;
  • - 0.5 tsps of cinnamon.

Instruction

1. For preparation we need a desi of room temperature so we get it from the fridge in advance that it was softened. For now we warm an oven to 175 degrees and we cover a baking tray baking paper.

2. When oil is softened, we shake up it in light magnificent cream with addition of 150 g of sugar. Then we add egg and once again we mix.

3. We crush seeds of an anise: it is possible to part forcibly them in a special mortar for spices, and it is possible to pour out on a land surface and to walk few times on them a rolling pin. We add the crushed seeds to eggs and oil, there we pour in orange juice. We mix.

4. Flour is separately sifted with baking powder and then little by little we begin to add this mix to liquid ingredients, kneading a soft dough.

5. Slightly we sprinkle a table with flour and we spread on it dough. We roll in layer about 5 mm and by means of a glass or a special form we cut out products. Accurately we transfer them to a baking tray.

6. We mix the remained sugar with cinnamon and we powder cookies. We send to the hot furnace approximately for 12 minutes, to a pleasant golden flush.
