    • Potatoes with sour cream sauce:

    • 6 potatoes;
    • 150 g of bacon;
    • salt;
    • fresh ground black pepper;
    • greens of parsley and fennel;

Instruction

1. Potatoes of any grade are suitable for roasting. Choose young, equal tubers without damages and wormholes. Before preparation they need to be washed up carefully a brush and to dry a paper towel.

2. Very quickly and simply baked potatoes with sour cream sauce are cooked. Select small potatoes of the identical size. Oil each tuber vegetable.
