It is required to you

  • Cepes (4 pieces);
    • Water (1.5 liters);
    • Onion (2 pieces);
    • Carrots (1 piece);
    • Potatoes (4 pieces);
    • Lemon juice (2 drops);
    • Garlic (1 clove);
    • Salt
    • spices and greens – to taste.

Instruction

1. Pour into a pan 1.5 liters of water and put on fire.

2. Carefully wash out mushrooms and clean from a thin skin.

3. Cut 2 mushrooms with small straws, and others 2 – large cubes. Add them to a pan with water.

4. Then lower in a pan, small cut onions.

5. In 30-40 minutes after boiling add potatoes which are previously cut with straws to soup.

6. You cook 20-30 minutes on average fire.

7. At the end of preparation add 2 drops of juice of a lemon and garlic glove to soup.

8. Salt, pepper, strew with greens and give to a table with sour cream.
