Instruction

1. For cooking of condensed milk in house conditions it is recommended to use new cow's milk in which cream didn't settle yet. Take an aluminum wide basin and pour in it in 1.2 liters of milk. In pans you shouldn't cook a condensed milk, from them when cooking moisture won't be evaporated.

2. After milk is poured, add 400 g of granulated sugar to a basin. It is important that the ratio of milk and was 3:1 sugar. On this amount of milk add one third of a teaspoon of baking soda. Soda is necessary for formation of uniform consistence, without it condensed milk will be komkovaty.
