- 2 kg of berries of bilberry.

1. First of all it is necessary to be engaged in preparation of berries of bilberry for cooking. For this purpose berries should be poured out in a deep basin and to fill in with cool water for a couple of minutes. Then to remove the emerged leaves, branches, other garbage and bad berries from a surface. After that dirty water to drain and wash out bilberry once again in a clear water.

2. Selected berries, washed and ready to cooking, need to be dried and poured out in a big and high pan. To berries to pour out granulated sugar and to leave for a couple of hours (is possible more) that juice appeared. At this time contents of a pan need to be mixed several times.

3. When enough juice is emitted, jam needs to be put to cook on slow fire. Long it isn't necessary to cook bilberry, it is enough to boil jam of 25-35 minutes after its boiling, in due time removing a skin and stirring slowly.
