Instruction

2. When water began to boil, we remove from fire and we drain water in a sink. We fill in with boiled water and again we put on fire. We cook until ready about an hour. Water doesn't need to be salted.

3. Meat cooked, we add the onions and carrots cut in cubes there. We leave to pine on slow fire of 10 minutes

4. Wash, peel and cut potatoes in large cubes, we put in a pan.

5. In 10-15 minutes after cooking we add a cauliflower and 2 tablespoons of semolina. We cook 5-10 more minutes, and we salt to taste.

6. At the end of cooking to put a root of parsley and small cut greens (fennel, parsley). Ready soup can be mashed a fork or to crush in the blender. Our remarkable soup is ready, it is possible to add a little butter or cream and to start feeding of the kid.
