How to make a mannik without flour with cottage cheese

It is required to you

  • - 1 glass of semolina
  • - 250 g of skim cheese
  • - 1 glass of fat-free kefir or sour cream
  • - 0.5 teaspoons of soda extinguished vinegar
  • - 70 g of water
  • - 7-10 tablets of sweetener or 0.5 glasses of sugar
  • - 2 eggs

Instruction

1. Fill in semolina with kefir, leave to inflate to the warm place for 15-20 minutes.

2. Wipe cottage cheese through a sieve, add to semolina when it inflates.

3. Shake up sugar with eggs, add to semolina and cottage cheese mix. Or dissolve sweetener in water, add to mix.

4. Add the remained ingredients, well stir.

5. Warm an oven to 200 degrees. Oil a baking tray sunflower, pour out in it dough, put in an oven for 30-35 minutes.
