  • - cottage cheese - 250 g;
  • - apples - 2 pieces;
  • - cinnamon - 0.25 teaspoons;
  • - egg - 1 piece;
  • - sugar - 1 tablespoon;
  • - vanilla sugar - 0.5 teaspoons;
  • - sour cream - 1 tablespoon;
  • - potato starch - 1 tablespoon;
  • - semolina - 3 tablespoons;
  • - oat flakes - 1 glass;
  • - salt.

Instruction

1. With fruit make the following: peel and crush in the form of small cubes. Then shift in ware with a thick bottom, season with cinnamon and put on fire. Heat this weight until apples don't soften. When it occurs, place them in the blender and turn into puree.

2. Lay out the following ingredients in separate ware: cottage cheese, vanilla and simple sugar and also egg and sour cream. Carefully pound the received weight. Then add to it apples puree, semolina and potato starch. Properly mix. Thus, dough for future cheesecakes will turn out. It has to be soft, but not follow from a spoon.
