  • - flour - 2 glasses;
  • - sugar - 1 glass;
  • - cinnamon - 1.5 teaspoons;
  • - soda - 1 teaspoon;
  • - salt - 0.5 teaspoons;
  • - the walnuts crushed - 1 glass.

Instruction

1. Bananas, having peeled, lay out in a blender bowl. Crush fruit to a pyureobrazny state. For banana and nut bread it is the best of all to use overripe fruits.

2. In the received pyureobrazny weight lay out such ingredients as: sunflower oil, vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon of melted butter and also crude eggs. Carefully mix this mix till that time until its consistence becomes homogeneous.

3. Add the dry-mix consisting of granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, wheat flour and soda to the main banana weight.
