It is required to you

  • beef - 1 kg;
    • onions - 1-2 pieces;
    • champignons - 250 g;
    • sour cream - 250 g;
    • hard cheese - 100 g;
    • garlic - 1 clove;
    • flour - 1-2 tablespoons;
    • salt;

Instruction

1. Wash well in flowing water beef and well dry it a paper towel. Cut meat across fibers on small cubes or columns and slightly beat off. Warm up a frying pan with sunflower oil and fry beef pieces till ruddy color. Switch off fire.

2. Clean onions and garlic. Wash champignons. Cut onions in cubes, crush garlic, and chop mushrooms in any way. Warm sunflower oil in the second frying pan. Fry onions with garlic till golden color then add champignons and fry before evaporation of excess moisture.
