Boiled sausage - a universal product which can be used as independently, and as a part of many dishes. Except all of the known sandwiches, on the basis of this food it is possible to cook soups, salads, snack and gravies. Experiment with a boiled sausage, make sure of diversity of its use. - 600 гр a boiled sausage without fat;
- 1 egg;
- 5 glasses of milk;
- 1 glass of flour;
- salt;
- sunflower oil for frying;
- 1 carrots;
- 1 bulb;
- 50 гр cheese;
- 2 glasses of water;
- seasoning for meat dishes.
Instruction
1. That prepare sausage fried in the test, 300 гр cut a product equal, thin circles. Then cut each of them in half.
2. Make dough: Mix 1 egg and a half a glass of milk, 3 tablespoons of flour, salt. It has to turn out not really dense.
3. Warm vegetable oil in a frying pan. Dip pieces of a boiled sausage from two parties in dough, then accurately put in hot oil and fry on both sides before formation of a golden crust. Serve the sausage fried in the test, on a table warm, with tea or coffee.
4. To make gravy, cut 300 гр a boiled sausage in small cubes.
5. Wash up onions and carrots and clean. Grate carrots, small cut onions. Grate cheese on a small grater.
6. Fry onions and carrots with addition of vegetable oil to semi-readiness. Then put on a frying pan with vegetables sausage. Fry everything together 5 minutes.
7. Fill in sausage and vegetables with water, cover, bring to the boil. After that reduce fire. Salt to taste, add seasoning for meat dishes.
8. Put a grated cheese in gravy, after that you extinguish 10-15 minutes. Gravy is ready. Bon appetit!
