Italian salad "Edegra

It is required to you

  • - 400 g of red beans
  • - olive oil
  • - balsam vinegar
  • - 400 g of pumpkin
  • - thyme
  • - salt
  • - black sprinkling pepper
  • - grain mustard
  • - caraway seeds

Instruction

1. Cut pulp of pumpkin in cubes, slightly salt and add a small amount of a thyme. Put preparation in an oven for 15-20 minutes.

2. In separate ware prepare mix from honey, grain mustard, a black sprinkling pepper, salt and olive oil. Proportions can be selected at discretion.

3. Connect cubes of ready pumpkin and tinned red beans in a salad bowl. Fill preparation with honey mix. Roll goat cheese in balls or cut in cubes. You shouldn't mix cheese with the main salad, it is rather simple to spread out it from above.

4. On a plate an even layer lay out lettuce leaves. From above place the filled mix. Before giving on a table the dish can be strewed slightly with caraway seeds or to decorate with fresh greens. It is possible to change taste of salad thanks to small experiments with pumpkin. For example, if not to bake pulp of pumpkin in an oven, and to fry on olive oil or a grill. In this case it is better to serve salad on a table in a warm look.
