Still quite recently on open spaces of the former Soviet Union of the word "business", "businessman", "businessman" for most of people it were a new experience. The habit to say the term "speculation" only with a negative shade of the speech for a long time was fixed in minds and hearts of our fellow citizens. But the power, foundations, the principles of development of economy changes, and today the businessman not to be shameful any more, and it is prestigious. Many people understand that employment dictates certain restrictions, including in terms of the amount of income, freedom of action and creativity. And already the decision to become independent and to begin the business, but what modern forms of business are offered to us by the current legislation ripened?
Forms of the organization of business
So, having decided to be engaged in business, it is necessary to be defined whether you just want to work for yourself or you wish to organize the company. Almost around the world from this point of view legal entities and individual entrepreneurs treat forms of business. There are enough advantages and shortcomings in either case, but now will not stop on it in detail. In general, the main forms of business can be divided on the following bases:
- by types of economic activity allocate: production, transport, research, trade, financial and credit, intermediary and other forms of business;
- by types of the property right of economic entities it is possible to divide into state, local (municipal), public, private;
- by the sizes there are such main forms of business as small, average and large. In this option of classification the number of workers in the company and also it, as a rule, average annual income is considered;
- on territorial placement and significance value from the point of view of society there are nation-wide, regional and local economic entities. It is possible to give the railway companies, the large industrial enterprises of regional value and outlets located in the concrete settlement as an example;
- legal forms of economic activity. It is necessary to dwell upon this point a little.
Organizational and legal modern forms of business
The legislation of various countries can call such types of subjects of business activity differently, but the essence at the same time does not change. So, allocate:
- Economic societies are legal entities between which difference consists in various extent of participation of the persons which are their part in the amount of an authorized capital and also in degree of responsibility of the company according to the obligations undertaken before the third parties. There are full societies, limited liability companies, limited, joint-stock and others.
- As a separate form of business it is possible to allocate production cooperatives. In this case participation in the company is based only on a personal labor contribution of each member of cooperative.
- The unitary enterprise – the commercial organization which does not have the property rights to the property used by it. This form of business can be only state or municipal.
Certainly, the presented classification is very superficial. Actually it is possible to speak about each form of managing much, long and all the time on business. It is possible that in the future there will be also new forms of business as both the economy, and history do not stand still, and are in the constant movement and development.
