Instruction
1. To make such casserole, it is necessary to attend to purchase of all ingredients, necessary on the recipe. Buy about a half of kilogram of quality pork sausages (casserole requires 400 grams), vegetables – onions, carrots, fresh spinach. Also find in shop or at home olive oil, broth, tomato paste and red wine. Prepare a little flour and a desi – all on 50 grams, a milk liter floor, cheddar cheese, packing of paste of a rigatona or a penalty fee and a pinch of grated nutmeg.
2. Peel the bought pork sausages from a thin skin, cut them at first lengthways, and later crush in cubes. On the same board small chop a bulb and fry in a frying pan to a golden shade. Peel carrots, rub on an average grater and add to onions. From above fill the cut sausages, fill in all this with 150 grams of wine, 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and broth. As soon as mix begins to boil, lower fire and leave in the boiling state until the consistence of sauce isn't condensed. 3. Boil any of the chosen pastes and cast away on a colander. Don't pour out the water which remained from cooking at all, and lower there approximately for 40 seconds green spinach (gram 200).
