Such snack as mushrooms, always quickly disperses on a holiday table. And it is good if for emergency you have a recipe of the stuffed and baked mushrooms with chicken and cheese in an oven which by all means to be useful to you.

It is required to you

  • - 10 champignons,
  • - 60 grams of feta,
  • - 50 grams of mozzarella,
  • - 150 grams of chicken fillet,
  • - 4 tablespoons of sour cream,
  • - 1 tablespoon of flour,
  • - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil,
  • - it is a little parsley,
  • - little small sea salt,
  • - little sprinkling pepper.


1. We wash out champignons under flowing water, we dry. We separate from hat mushrooms which we put in a form for roasting. In advance we lay baking parchment in a form. We stack hats of champignons openings up.

2. Fillet is washed out, we dry, we cut small pieces. We warm vegetable oil in a frying pan, we fry meat five minutes on small fire.

3. We cut a leg from champignons small pieces, we add to meat, we mix and we continue to fry five more minutes.

4. In a cup we mix 4 tablespoons of sour cream with a flour tablespoon. We pour in the turned-out mix in a frying pan to chicken and mushrooms.
