  • - cherry - 1.1 kg (weight with stones) or 1 kg (weight without stones);
  • - sugar - 0.4 kg;
  • - water boiled - 250 ml;
  • - banks of 250 ml - 5 pieces + 5 covers;
  • - towel;
  • - basin or pan.

Instruction

1. Wash out cherry under flowing water and take all stones. For convenience it is possible to use a hairpin for hair or the special mechanical device. It is necessary to take out stones for a number of reasons: because of their existence toxic hydrocianic acid can be formed, preparation without them is longer stored in bank and it is much more pleasant to eat cherry pies, for example, without stones. Therefore surely we delete stones and we throw out.

2. Prepare jars and covers. They can be not sterilized. Enough will only be to wash out properly in hot water with soap and to dry. Fill banks with cherry to top. Take a basin or a wide pan and lay a bottom a towel, and then shift the filled banks there.

3. Now we will prepare syrup. In a separate saucepan pour in water. According to the recipe it is necessary to take 400 ml of water.
