Instruction

1. Touch cherry, wash out. For jam choose good berries, without damages. Put cherry on a clean towel, leave for some time for an obsykhaniye. By means of special adaptation take from stone berries. Shift cherry in a pan.

2. Put a pan with cherry on small fire. Cherry will give juice (it isn't necessary to add water when cooking), when stirring boil thoroughly berries in own juice within five minutes.

3. Add to a pan with cherry of kilograms of gel grain sugar, stir slowly before full dissolution. To the boil it is desirable not to bring. Remove jam from fire, spread out on jars, close covers, leave to cool down (it isn't necessary to cover with a plaid or a towel), remove on storage.
