It is required to you

  • - 100 g of the frozen blackcurrant;
  • - The 100th desi;
  • - 50 g of icing sugar;
  • - 130 g of flour;
  • - 40 g of ground almonds;
  • - 20 g of corn starch.

Instruction

1. Currant should be defrozen previously. Also we get oil from the fridge in advance that it was softened.

2. Shake up oil in air cream with addition of icing sugar. Without switching off the mixer, to add the defrozen berry: a part of berries has to turn into puree that will give to cookies intensively violet color!

3. Pour flour, the crushed almonds and starch and to quickly knead dough. We do bar 4 cm thick of the test, to inwrap in a foil and to send to the deep freeze before hardening.

4. We warm an oven to 200 degrees. We cut the frozen bar on cookies 0.5 cm thick, we spread on the baking tray covered by baking paper and we bake within 15 minutes.
