It is required to you

  • - ripe tomatoes (the small size, for example a grade "slivka") — about 1 kg on a baking tray
  • - fresh ground black pepper or your favourite mix from pepper
  • - coarse sea salt
  • - oregano, basilicas and other your favourite dry herbs
  • - garlic — 2-3 cloves (to taste)
  • - olive oil "Extra Virgin" or refined sunflower oil

Instruction

1. Wash up ripe tomatoes and to dry well.

2. Then to cut on halves, to remove from them fruit stems a teaspoon and to cut on quarters. Serdtsevinki tomato can be used for preparation of tomato sauce, for example. To spread out tomatoes to the baking tray which is previously laid by parchment paper (it is necessary to put densely to each other as they strongly decrease in a size). 3. Heat an oven to the minimum temperature (about 100 °C) and to send there a baking tray with tomatoes.
