It is required to you

  • - 1 kg of plums,
  • - 320 ml of water (250 ml for cooking of plums and 70 ml for agar-agar),
  • - 470 g of sugar (400 g for fruit jelly and 70 g for rolling),
  • - 2.5 g of citric acid,
  • - 10 g of agar-agar.

Instruction

1. Wash out plums, dry and clean from stones. Shift plums in a pan, fill in 250 ml of water, put on small fire, you cook about 30 minutes before full softening.

2. Wipe soft plums through a sieve (if desired it is possible to use the blender) to uniform puree. Shift the turned-out puree back in a pan, add 400 grams of sugar and 2.5 grams of citric acid, well mix, you cook half an hour more on small fire.

3. Put agar-agar which fill in with water (it is desirable that water was room temperature) in a small cup and leave for 15 minutes.

4. Add agar-agar to a pan to a pureed prunes, mix and you cook three more minutes.

5. Lay a form the sheet of parchment on which accurately pour out plum weight. Leave to cool down at the room temperature. After plum weight completely cools down, remove it in the fridge for two hours.

6. Then get fruit jelly from the fridge, cut in small cubes or strips, roll in in sugar and treat kids.
