How to bake pork with fragrant herbs

1. We warm an oven up to 175C, we prepare all ingredients.

2. In the blender we mix garlic, fennel seeds, rosemary, a thyme, honey, vinegar, salt, pepper and 2 spoons of olive oil. We crush all ingredients and we cover with this mix meat.

3. We warm 2 spoons of olive oil in a frying pan and we fry meat to a golden crust from all directions.

4. We shift pork in a form, we water with oil in which it was fried, and we cover with a foil. We bake 30 minutes, we remove a foil and we bake meat of 30-40 more minutes.

5. We allow a dish "have a rest" 15 minutes, and we give on a table!
