  • 5 liters of vodka (3 bottles);
  • 100 g of dark chocolate;
  • 3 glasses of sugar;
  • 5 glasses of water;
  • 5 bags of vanilla sugar.

To make cognac in house conditions, it is necessary to prepare chocolate: break it into small pieces or grate, then kindle on a water bath. As soon as all pieces thaw, to accurately pour in vodka and to pour out vanilla sugar. It is good to mix, remove ingredients from fire and to allow to cool down a little, then to pour in a glass jar or a bottle, to close a cover and to put in the fridge.

Daily the bank needs to stir up, and in 7 days to prepare sugar syrup and waters and to add to a chocolate beverage. Leave cognac in the fridge for 4 weeks, then filter through a sieve and pour on bottles.

Home-made cognac with prunes and oak bark

  • 3 liters of vodka;
  • 1 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 1 tablespoons of ground cinnamon;
  • 1 orange (only the dried peel is required);
  • 4 buds of a carnation;
  • 5 coffee spoons of vanillin;
  • 1 tablespoons of black leaf tea without additives;
  • 10 peas of a black pepper.

Orange it is necessary to wash out, cut off well a dried peel and to rub it on a small grater. On a bottom of a glass jar to lay out an orange dried peel, tea, cinnamon, a carnation, a black pepper and vanillin. Fill capacity with vodka and to mix carefully a wooden spoon, cork with a cover and put to the dark place. In 3 weeks to filter mix through the gauze put in two layers and to pour noble drink on bottles.
