- - lemon half juice;
- - gelatin bag;
- - one apple (it is better to use sour);
- - 50 ml of water;
- - glass of sugar.

1. The first put apple it is necessary to wash, peel it, to cut, lay out on a baking tray and to bake in an oven to full readiness of apples. On it from 15 to 20 minutes leave.
2. While apple is in an oven, it is necessary to fill in a bag of gelatin with water and to completely dissolve gelatin (it is possible to use the microwave oven).
3. Separate the whites from the yolks, shift them in a deep bowl and shake up the mixer, gradually pouring sugar. As a result very dense albumen foam has to turn out. Squeeze out juice of a half of a lemon and add it to an albumen foam. At this stage it is possible to add any natural color, for example juice of beet or bilberry to proteins. Several droplets that the dessert finally turned out beautiful pastel color are enough.
4. Get apples from the furnace and, so far they still hot, crush them the blender to a condition of puree, then shake up the mixer and pour in it in gelatinous mix. Carefully to mix everything (before injection of gelatin it is necessary to make sure of puree that grains were completely dissolved).
