4. Leave mead to wander for 2-3 days. If you cook drink in cold season, increase this term up to four days.

5. Take a clean funnel and put in it the piece of a gauze put in several layers. Pour mead in net capacity, having filtered it through a gauze in a funnel.

6. Put drink to infuse in a cellar or the fridge. In two months, mead will be completely ready-to-serve.
