- 300 ml of mushroom broth;

Instruction
1. Wash pork in flowing cold water, cut 30-50 g on pieces, salt, strew with a black sprinkling pepper. For this dish it is desirable to take meat without stone. Fry meat on pork or any other fat to semi-readiness, periodically stirring slowly. Having put meat in the heated fat, but not on a cold frying pan, you will achieve its juiciness at preparation.
2. Put the cleaned and washed out mushrooms in a pan, fill in with cold water. Put a pan, having closed it a cover, on strong fire. As soon as water begins to boil, uncover, reduce fire. Water has to boil quietly. A spoon accurately remove the dark foam which is at the edges of a pan. You cook mushrooms, stirring slowly until they fall by a bottom. Cast away them on a colander. 3. Peel onions, cut small pieces, slightly fry on vegetable oil.
4. Mix the fried meat, boiled mushrooms, onions. Add bay leaf.
5. Put the prepared meat with mushrooms in clay pots, fill in with mushroom broth so that it covered contents. Close pots covers. Put them in an oven and you extinguish until ready at a temperature of 180 degrees.
