    • 1 bunch of parsley;
    • 500 g of a chopped meat;
    • 1 egg;
    • 1 pinch of caraway seeds;
    • 1 pinch of a coriander;
    • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
    • 500 g of a paprika;
    • 2 tomatoes;
    • 1 teaspoon of an oregano;
    • 100 ml of broth;
    • salt
    • sprinkling pepper to taste

Instruction

1. Wet bun in warm milk. Small cut some fillet of anchovies. Peel onions, chop and fry on 1 teaspoon of a desi about 3 minutes.

2. Wring out bun, mix with parsley, a chopped meat, eggs, an anchovy, lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste.

3. Create 12 meatballs from the turned-out weight and you cook them in the boiling broth on weak fire of 10 minutes. Lay out ready meatballs on a dish.
