How to make pasta with fish and mushrooms?

Pasta are a dish which in itself isn't of a particular interest, but can be given with any vegetables, mushrooms or fish. Or in a combination. Try to make pasta with fish and mushrooms - a dish which will perfectly look on any table.

It is required to you

  • - 200 g of any pasta;
  • - about 300 g of a trout;
  • - 150 g of champignons;
  • - 2 napiform bulbs;
  • - 1 garlic glove;
  • - 2 tablespoons of flour;
  • - 400 ml of fish broth or water;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - greens (parsley or fennel);
  • - salt;
  • - fresh ground pepper.

Instruction

1. Peel onions, wash up it and cut rings. With garlic make the same, but small chop it.

2. Mushrooms it is necessary to wash up, allow them to dry, and then to cut straws or slices.

3. We work with fish. Just separate trout pulp from bones, and cut the turned-out fillet in cubes of the small size. If you have no trout, it can be replaced with a humpback salmon. If you prefer white fish, you can stop the choice on a rockfish.

4. We will start preparation. Warm a frying pan on fire. When it well is warmed, add some vegetable oil there and lay out onions there. Add salt and fresh ground pepper to onions. The onions need to be fried until it doesn't become soft.

5. As soon as onions become almost ready, add garlic glove and fry still a couple of minutes. Shift the fried onions in a bowl, at the same time try to leave as much as possible oil in a frying pan. On a vacant place in a frying pan put mushrooms. They need to be fried within 7-8 minutes, periodically stirring slowly.

6. Add cubes of fish to mushrooms, and prepare within about 4 minutes. Now return onions with garlic back to a frying pan and mix.

7. Fish with mushrooms sprinkle with flour and mix once again. Pour in a part of hot broth and stir all weight. Prepare, periodically stirring slowly until sauce doesn't become dense. If you want to achieve other consistence, add still waters. Add to sauce of salt and pepper to taste.

8. Boil water for pasta, salt it to taste and boil in it pasta thus as it is specified on packing.

9. Connect pasta to sauce and mix. Pasta with fish and mushrooms can be served to a table.
