At construction of the base there is always question of the basement. The basement is absolutely irreplaceable thing. It is possible not only to store the vegetables and fruit which are grown up in garden in it but also to install pumping equipment, boilers, titans, etc. There are two technologies which allow to reduce the price as much as possible of construction and to make the base with the basement in short terms.

- - armature;
- - concrete in mixers.
Instruction
1. Dig ditch by the size of future base with stock in one meter. Carefully level ditch bottom, pour out binding gravel, on it fill layer of sand and stamp. As much as possible to stamp pillow, water it with large amount of water.
2. Make walls of the basement of foundation blocks according to your project. Make overlapping of concrete slabs. They will serve as ceiling of the basement and half of the first floor.
3. Outside of wall fit waterproofing, fill up the remained emptiness with soil. Around the base dig out trench, put pipe for removal of water, make blind area. At such technology the most important is to carry out works to dry season and very quickly that there was no flooding probability and also to make reliable layer of waterproofing.
4. At the second option of construction make base marking according to the project. Dig out trench on depth of 2.5 meters and 60 cm wide. Basement wall you will cast. They will serve at the same time as both basement walls, and the base of future house.
5. Make timbering, establish prefabricated reinforcement cage and fill in walls. Dig out internal part of the basement only in 30 days. It is necessary for full hardening of walls exactly so much. Depth do no more than 2.5 meters. Pour out sand-gravel pillow and carefully stamp it. Below lay layer of waterproofing and cement floor.
6. Carefully waterproof external part of walls, carry out works on removal of water and make blind area. At such option of construction you can make basement ceiling of concrete slabs or of tree.
7. Do not forget that it is only rational to do the underground basement in case the level of underground water is not closer than three meters. If underground waters are located too highly, the most optimum choice - it is the elevated basement.
