Instruction

1. In a glass of boiled water lay out granulated sugar, salt and vegetable oil. In the small portions to this weight add wheat flour. Mix mix, lumps won't disappear yet. Thus, you receive dough soft to the touch. Remove it away and don't touch for half an hour.

2. Carefully wash out tomatoes then crush in rings. Lay out brynza in a deep bowl and knead to uniformity by means of a fork. By the way, if you have no this ingredient, then can replace it with cottage cheese, only in that case season with salt. To cheese add the garlic gloves crushed via the garlic press and small cut greens. Carefully mix.

3. Divide dough in two. Turn one part into layer of small thickness. Place on it at first cut by rings to tomato and so that the distance between each piece was not less than 3 centimeters.

4. On circles from tomato lay out a cheese curd. Roll the second piece of the test in precisely the same way and cover with it a stuffing.
