From potatoes it is possible to prepare various dishes. This recipe will demand from you a minimum of expenses and will decorate a daily table. The baked potatoes contain the insignificant number of calories therefore such dish will be suitable for daily food.

It is required to you

  • – potatoes (600 g);
  • – any fresh mushrooms (370 g);
  • – low-fat cream (120 ml);
  • – salt and pepper to taste;
  • – onion;
  • – fennel to taste;
  • – olive oil (8 ml).

Instruction

1. Prepare potatoes for a farshirovka. Take all tubers, carefully wash a baking plate with flowing water, shift in a deep pan and fill in with water. Put a pan on a plate and wait for boiling, salt to taste. When potatoes are ready, let's vegetable cool down.

2. Further prepare a stuffing. Take mushrooms, remove visible contaminations, crush in any form. Also clean onions and cut on small pieces. Connect onions and mushrooms, pepper and salt.
