From potatoes it is possible to prepare dozens of various dishes. It is fried, cooked, baked and stuffed. Try to make potatoes with tofu - a kori-tofu. Stuffed vegetables will become great snack or a main course for a lunch or a dinner.

It is required to you

  • 8 average potatoes;
    • 200 g of tofu;
    • 100 g of cheese эмменталь;
    • 1 egg;
    • greens bunch;
    • salt and pepper.
    • For the second stuffing:
    • 200 g of tofu;
    • 150 g of chicken fillet;
    • 1 paprika;
    • dried Provence herbs;
    • grated parmesan;
    • salt and pepper.

Instruction

1. Wash up potatoes and directly in a peel boil in the added some salt water to semi-readiness - the tuber has to remain dense. For this dish it is desirable to choose grades which don't boil soft. Take potatoes from water and cool then dry a towel. Cut tubers in half, take out a part of pulp so that the remained potato kept the form. Put pulp in a bowl and knead a fork to a condition of puree.

2. Be engaged in a stuffing. Cut tofu in small cubes, add to puree. Cheese, for example, эмменталь, grate, put its most part to other products. Cut greens and pour into puree. Break egg there, salt and pepper weight, then carefully mix. For giving of a peculiar taste it is possible to use not a black pepper, but paprika. Fill with a stuffing potato, from above put a little remained grated cheese.

3. Warm an oven to 180 degrees. Lay potatoes halves on the oiled baking tray a stuffing up. Bake a dish not for long, only several minutes before fusion of cheese. Give hot. Fresh tomatoes and greens vegetable oil salad well will approach such potatoes. As sauce to snack it is desirable to serve sour cream.

4. Prepare other type of a stuffing. For this purpose boil chicken breast until ready and small cut. Mix it with the tofu which is small cut or passed via the meat grinder. Cut paprika with thin straws and fry in the warmed vegetable oil within 3-4 minutes. Add it to chicken and tofu. Salt and pepper mix, pour dried Provence herbs. Fill with a stuffing the "boxes" prepared according to the first recipe from potatoes. From above strew everyone with a small amount of polished parmesan. Bake in in advance warmed oven of 5-7 minutes.
