  • - sunflower oil for frying.

Instruction

1. If you use dried mushrooms, then it is better to wash up at first them, then to fill in with hot water and to leave approximately for an hour. Then wash out them once again to remove all dirt, and cut.

2. While on slow fire mushrooms are fried, small cut onions, and grate carrots. Mushrooms have to be fried 25 minutes on slow fire. Pay attention to what in a frying pan for mushrooms has to be rather vegetable oil.

3. Take other frying pan, pour an oil tablespoon there. Fry in it onions with carrots. It is necessary to fry until onions don't gain golden color.

4. Cut not with absolutely large pieces chicken fillet. It will be the salad basis. Grease the crushed chicken fillet with mayonnaise.

5. Grate boiled eggs and strew with them a layer with chicken. It we will have the second layer of salad.

6. The third layer we spread the onions fried with carrots. This layer needs to be greased with mayonnaise.
