It is required to you

  • - raspberry - 1 kg;
  • - water - 600 ml;
  • - sugar - 400 g.

Instruction

1. For preparation of compote use only fresh-gathered berries. If they clean, then it is enough to touch of them and to destem. It isn't necessary to wash raspberry in this case.

2. If larvae of a crimson bug come across, then berries need to be processed as follows. Put them in a colander. In a big pan pour water and add salt. In salty solution for 2 minutes lower berries. All wreckers have to emerge. Bring together them by a skimmer. Then pour water into a clean pan and again lower a colander with raspberry that to wash up it.

3. In the prepared clean and dry banks lay berries on 2/3 volumes. Prepare syrup. For this purpose in the enameled pan boil water, add sugar, mix that it was completely dissolved. Filter syrup through a strainer and once again bring solution to the boil.

4. Fill in banks on a coat hanger, cover with covers and put to sterilize at weak boiling. Hermetically twirl covers and turn banks upside down.
