It is required to you

  • 450 g of ground beef;
    • 75 g of bacon;
    • 2 bulbs;
    • 225 g of tinned tomatoes;
    • 1 tablespoon of tomato puree;
    • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil;
    • 1 segment of garlic;
    • Basil pinch;
    • Salt and pepper.

Instruction

1. Clean and crush garlic. Clean and small cut onions. Cut off a crust from bacon and cut it on small pieces. Take a big frying pan and warm in it vegetable oil. Slightly fry onions and garlic that they became soft. Add bacon, and then mincemeat. Loosen with a fork forcemeat and evenly distribute it on a frying pan. Fry until all forcemeat becomes brown.
