  • - 3 small fresh cucumbers
  • - 1 root of ginger
  • - 1 head of onions
  • - 2 garlic gloves
  • - 1 branch of mint (or bunch)
  • - 2 branches of a basil
  • - 1 root of parsley
  • - ground white pepper
  • - salt
  • - 3 bay leaves

Instruction

1. Pour 500-600 ml of water into a small pan. Add a basil, a parsley root, mint, bay leaf, a ginger root, the crushed garlic. Bring mix to the boil.

2. As soon as mix begins to boil, add the onions cut by thin half rings to grass broth. Salt liquid to taste and add ground white pepper.

3. From cucumbers cut off a peel. Cut pulp in cubes or ringlets. Fry preparation on vegetable or olive oil. During this process add some spice to taste - ground white pepper and the crushed garlic.
