  • 5 kg of veal;
    • olive oil;

    • 6 tablespoons of tomato paste;

    • 250 g of olives;
    • rosemary branch;
    • 400 g of flour;
    • salt;
    • water;
    • 1 yolk;
    • 250 g of coarse salt.

Instruction

1. Wash meat under cold water, slightly dry by means of tissues and cut small pieces. Fry it in a frying pan in a small amount of olive oil to a ruddy crust.

2. Cut carrots, a celery and fennel large into cubes. Chop onions half rings or rings, miss garlic through a chesnokodavka, cut tomatoes on four parts.

3. In a small pan warm olive oil and kindle in it a desi. Then put in it all vegetables except tomato, the crushed thyme and fry them on strong fire five-ten minutes.
