It is required to you

  • Strawberry jam (way 1):
    • strawberry - 1 kg;
    • sugar - 1.2 kg;
    • citric acid.
    • Strawberry jam (way 2):
    • strawberry - 1 kg;
    • water - 1 glass;
    • sugar - 1 kg;
    • citric acid - 1-2 g.
    • Strawberry jam (way 3):
    • strawberry - 1 kg;
    • sugar - 1 kg;
    • apple juice - 1 St.
    • Strawberry jam (way 4):
    • red currant - 400 g;
    • strawberry - 1 kg;
    • sugar - 1 kg.

Instruction

1. Way 1. Carefully wash out strawberry immersion in the container with water. Wash out in several waters. Slightly knead berries hands and fill up with granulated sugar. Carefully mix everything.
