  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 5 tsps of semolina;
  • - 1/4 tsps of vanilla sugar;
  • - 4 packs of cottage cheese on 180 g;
  • - peel from 3 tangerines (either 1 orange, or 1/4 grapefruits, or 1 lemon);
  • - 2 average apples;
  • - 1/4 tablespoons of a desi;
  • - 1 tablespoons of bread crumbs.

Instruction

1. Separate a yolk of one egg, postpone. The yolk will be used for greasing of casserole before baking. To shake up other 2 eggs with the remained protein carefully.

2. To add 3 tablespoons of sugar to a frothed eggs. Shake up. Then to add 5 teaspoons of semolina. Carefully to shake up everything.

4. To add the crushed peel and vanilla sugar to the eggs which are shaken up with sugar and semolina. Once again carefully to shake up.
