Mozzarella pizza

It is required to you

  • For the test: salt – 1/2 tsps; sugar – 1 tablespoon; a fresh yeast – 18 g; water – 320 ml; flour – 520 g.
  • For sauce: basil; sugar – 1/2 tsps; salt – 1/2 tsps; garlic – 2 cloves; tomatoes – 10 pieces.
  • For a stuffing: cheese mozzarella – 400 g; olive oil; fresh mushrooms.

Instruction

1. Mozzarella pizza is made as follows. Warm an oven to 250 oC. Cut tomatoes in half and cut out fruit stems. Crush them the blender. Lay out on a frying pan and prepare 20 minutes, sometimes stirring slowly. Paste has to thicken.

2. While sauce is cooked, mix dough. Part sugar, warm water and yeast in some separate ware. Let's weight stand in such condition of 5 minutes. Fill up flour in other ware, pour salt and mix. In the center make deepening.

3. Pour in water with yeast in flour and begin to knead dough. At first you can use a spoon, and then hands. Bring dough to uniformity. Dough will be some time viscous, however you shouldn't add a lot of flour.

4. Continue to knead dough within 8 minutes, and then place back in the ware sprinkled with flour. Cover with a clean towel.

5. That mozzarella pizza was made correctly, add the crushed garlic and 6 tablespoons of olive oil to sauce. Continue to prepare within 5 more minutes. Add 0.5 glasses of water and the crushed basil.

6. At first it is necessary to thicken sauce, and further to dilute it with water. Then it will be homogeneous and tasty. Add sugar and salt to taste. Properly mix everything and set aside aside, having allowed to cool down.

7. Couple of words about a stuffing. You can use: tomatoes, anchovies, olives, ham, etc. The main thing here that thin crust shouldn't have many additives. You shouldn't be overzealous differently receive a double cake. Mozzarella pizza has to be light and thin. The form and arrangement of ingredients can be any.

8. Divide ready dough into 8 pieces. Thinly roll one of them and lay out on the baking tray which is in advance covered with special paper. Grease a surface of the test with sauce. Lay out from above a stuffing with cheese.

9. Mozzarella pizza is almost ready, place it in a hot oven and prepare within 10 minutes. Time can vary and depends on baking sheet thickness. In case it thick, it is necessary to time less and vice versa. The ready-to-eat meal will please all surrounding with the taste and a look.
