Semolina is a fine children's dish which is loved also by many adults too. She prepares quickly, gives the mass of useful minerals and perfectly satisfies hunger. It is a nutritious nice breakfast. It is required to you

  • For two portions:
  • Semolina – 0.5 glasses;
  • Milk – 1.5 glasses;
  • Sugar and salt – to taste;
  • Butter, jam or jam.

Instruction

1. We pour out milk in a pan and we heat on average fire. Best of all for preparation of semolina porridge to use ware with non-stick coating or a thick bottom.

2. We wait for the moment when milk is hot and begins to soar. We put a pan on very slow fire.

We don't cease to mix until all grain doesn't appear in milk.

4. We leave porridge on slow fire for 3-4 minutes. Then we remove from fire. It is possible to allow it to infuse a little under a cover, in that case grain will inflate, and porridge will turn out more dense. It is possible to give with butter, jam or jam.
